On Thursday I did the first full workout on the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. It felt great. It is definitely about the cardio.
Friday was an off day.
Saturday we helped our friend's aunt move so there was a lot of heavy lifting and cardio for the day.
Sunday I went to the gym. Since I did some heavy lifting on Saturday I just had a cardio day at the gym. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the elliptical.
