Well somehow I have managed to lose weight, but now I need to gain some muscle. I went to the doctor a couple of months ago and they told me it was time to stop worrying about dropping weight but tone up. I have not been to the gym in MONTHS except to tan. My goal is to start going to the gym at least a few times a week just to lift. My work schedule has dramatically changed, so I am having to spend more time in the office then I used to. I would like to go to the gym two nights a week and once on the weekend. With 4 weddings coming up in the next year I would really like to get some definition in my arms and maybe build my legs up some.
