Goals for the week of January 20th-26th

Here are my goals for the week:



Workout:

Monday - at the gym

Tuesday - at home and play volleyball

Wednesday - at the gym

Thursday - at home

Friday - at home

Saturday - at the gym



Eating:



Lunches / snacks - pack every day and remember to pack snacks

Dinners - Eat at home Monday, Wendesday, Thursday
