Monday I went with DH and two of our guy friends to the gym. Normally I never go with them because they go so late at night, but I had not had time to workout yet that day so I went with them at 8:30. I actually pushed myself harder than I normally would. I did half an hour on the elliptical and a half an hour on the treadmill. I worked out my abs as well.
Tuesday I played in a volleyball tourney. We played 2 sets of 2 games. I felt like I got a pretty good aerobic workout, so that is all I did yesterday.
Today will be an off day (because I am going to my parents tonight after work) but my goal is to workout - Thursday afternoon, Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, and Sunday morning.
